As a destination wedding photographer passionate about luxury all-inclusive resorts in Mexico, I had the privilege of capturing Sasha and David’s sacred Catholic ceremony at the Capilla de los Ángeles within Hotel Xcaret Arte—an adults-only haven that celebrates Mexican culture through its artistic “casas” and breathtaking natural surroundings. Nestled amid lush jungles, turquoise inlets, and pristine beaches, this eco-conscious resort provided a divine backdrop for their spiritual celebration, blending colonial-inspired architecture with the serene elegance of a Yucatan destination wedding.

The day began with preparations in the resort’s luxurious suites, where Sasha radiated grace amidst handcrafted decor and panoramic views, while David shared warm moments with his groomsmen, setting the stage for intimate portraits filled with anticipation. The Capilla de los Ángeles, a stunning chapel with its ethereal white facade and arched windows overlooking the Caribbean Sea, became the heart of their ceremony—perfect for up to 100 guests seeking a sacred, intimate setting. Sasha and David exchanged heartfelt vows under the chapel’s ornate altar, with soft light filtering through, creating images that captured the depth of their faith and love, enhanced by family tears and the gentle sound of waves in the distance.
